When is "Havdalah" performed according to Halacha?

Havdalah is a ritual that marks the conclusion of Shabbat, thus it is performed at the end of Shabbat. This ceremony is significant as it symbolizes the separation between the sacred time of Shabbat and the rest of the week. During Havdalah, a series of blessings are recited over a cup of wine or grape juice, aromatic spices, and a candle, emphasizing the transition from the holiness of Shabbat to the regularity of the weekdays.

The other choices do not align with the correct timing of Havdalah. It is not performed at the beginning of Shabbat, during holiday meals, or on fast days.
